World School Games Teams Up With Eshara Water

The World School Games is delighted to confirm a new partnership with Eshara Water, the UAE’s leading producer of atmospheric water generators (AWG’s).

Head Quartered in Abu Dhabi, Eshara’s generators create an instant supply of high quality drinking water from the air that we breathe, through a hyper-efficient condensing process.

As World School Games continues to grow its commercial partnerships both domestically and internationally, it is delighted to welcome Eshara as its first ever sustainability partner. Eshara generators will be on display at the upcoming event in Dubai, providing high quality drinking water for athletes and spectators, whilst the brand will feature on the athlete’s participation shirts.

Eshara is playing a key role in the ‘Dubai Can’ initiative with generators in place at both Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre metro stations and is working closely with the World School Games to expand its reach to the UAE schools’ market. The generators come in three different sizes – 30 litre; 100 litre; and 1000 litre, are approved by the World Health Organization and Dubai municipality, and are already in use across some schools in Abu Dhabi.

The air-to-water technology gives schools access to high-quality drinking water in conveniently-sized dispensing units, while eliminating the need for plastic water drums, plastic bottles and transportation.

Scott Macfarlane, World School Games co-founder & CCO, commented: “We are delighted to announce another significant partnership ahead of the 2022 event in Dubai.

Our team is passionate about educating tomorrow’s leaders of the importance of sustainable energy and working towards net zero. We are working hard to spread this message to students, teachers and families in the UAE, and our partnership with Eshara is meaningful action towards this. Eshara Water provides a bespoke, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective drinking water solution unlike any other.

The team has a number of exciting activation plans that will support Eshara’s GCC-wide commercial and marketing objectives.”

Anthony O’Connor, Global Sales Director, Eshara Water added:

“On behalf of the Eshara Water team, we are delighted to become the first ever Air 2 Water sustainability partner of the World School Games.

“We have watched the event grow over time to become the jewel in the crown of the international school sports calendar, and this partnership will enhance our mission towards eliminating the need for single use plastic water bottles and water transportation, whilst educating the leaders of the future to embrace the future of drinking water via a renewable source.”
